Lesley has been involved with Eat Dorset for many years and has watched as it has grown to become a major food event in the South West. She loves how it showcases all of the fabulous local producers that we are so lucky to have in this region. Her aim is to use and include as many producers as possible in her hands on and demonstration sessions throughout the day. The atmosphere and the setting are all so perfect for celebrating all things food and drink and makes a great family day out.
This year the pop up cookery school is changing its format and setting up to offer a fab choice of cooking sessions throughout the day. You can book in to go ‘hands on’ with Lesley and cook your own lunch, but new this year are sessions for families and children to cook together. In between Lesley will be running free demonstrations showcasing local producers and is delighted to be supported by Fussel’s Rapeseed Oil and Gulp Wines. You can book your place at one of the hands on sessions at www.lesleywaters.com but don’t delay…spaces are limited. So here is what we have to offer on both Saturday and Sunday…
