Smoking, curing & marinating fish

It’s been a summer of vegetables at River cottage, But as we move into Autumn the filming for the new RC series has come to an end.
The first program goes out tomorrow, 8pm on ch4. So before it does, I wanted to give some of my favourite fish one last nod before everything goes veg mad!
There’s so many ways you can prepare fish, the possibilities are infinite. I want to show you a few interesting methods and techniques so I’ll be salting, smoking, curing and marinating fish today at EDFF, 2pm. Come and try some of the tasters and see what you think.
