THE LESLEY WATERS COOKERY SCHOOL

Lesley Waters launched her 'pop-up' cookery school at last year's EAT DORSET giving a large number of people an opportunity to pick up tips, learn new techniques and enjoy her lively, informative and hugely enjoyable style of teaching. We are delighted that Lesley will be running her Cookery School at EAT DORSET again this year. Book in for one of Lesley's teaching sessions directly with her at the Eat Dorset Lesley Waters Cookery School situated at the far end of the main marquee or email in advance to info@eatdorsetfoodfair.co.uk. THE HIVE BEACH CAFE

Taking centre stage again, the Hive Beach Cafe will be at the heart of the food fair serving Champagne and Oysters, Spicy fish soup, crab sandwiches and grilled fish.

 

IN THE CAFE:-

The Cafe will showcase food cooked by local Chefs demonstrating skills from around the world:-

 

  • Grilled specialities by Victoria Blashford Snell;
  • Lebanese mezze and tagine from Levant;
  • Sushi from AS Sushi and More;
  • Chocolate Fondue, Chocolate Brownies with ice-cream and hot chocolate sauce and their speciality Hot Chocolate from Chococo;
  • Sandwiches, Coffee and Cake from The Bridge House, Beaminster
  • and Tea from the wonderful selection of Clipper Teas
